My fellow instructor Angela and I have been thinking, learning and talking about feet lately. Maybe it’s because April is national foot month. Or maybe it’s the warmer weather which makes everyone is peel off their heavy shoes and wool socks in favor of spring sandals. Feet are often forgotten, unless they are causing pain.

Nikki Naab-Levy, LMP who has been teaching our Melt Workshops since 2013 has officially joined us on Tuesday evenings. Nikki holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and a B.S. in Journalism.
