During Private Sessions you will work one-on-one with your instructor to perform Pilates exercises on a variety of Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, chair, barrels, and mat. Private Sessions are ideal if you want individual attention, are getting started in your Pilates training, recovering from an injury, or have a specific health concern.
Each session is tailored to meet your individual needs, goals, and preferences. For those new to Pilates, these sessions lay the foundation for your Pilates journey. You will discover your strengths and weaknesses, and learn techniques that specifically address your needs. For those continuing with Pilates you will learn new movements, address your limitations, and challenge yourself to move to the next level. For a comprehensive workout, you can also add cardio to your session with our treadmill or spin bike.
Private Sessions are truly private, as our studio allows us to close the outside blinds and the inside wall so you will not be visible from the outside or distracted by the inside.
