Private Sessions give you personalized training on a variety of equipment and the mat.  They are ideal if you want individual attention, are getting started in your Pilates training, recovering from an injury, or have a specific health concern.

Semi-Private Sessions

Semi-Private Sessions are great for couples and friends that like to work out together.
